Germany Visa Application Details for Indonesian Passport Holder

1. Passport validity of 6 months on date of departure + attach old passport
2. Latest photos 3.5 x 4.5 = 2 colored sheets, white background. (photo size should be proportional, face size should be 70%)
3. Financial Proof of the last 3 months
4. Print out the tickets
5. Sponsor Letter on the original letterhead
6. Copy of Family Card + marriage certificate + ID card
7. Travel Insurance (coverage must be above USD 5000 or EURO 30.000)
8. Confirmation of Hotel start from arriving until return from schengen country (for confirmation of hotel in German must direct from the side of his hotel concerned, on his hotel letterhead stemple hotel seal and signed by the hotel ybs)
9. For students: there should be a school certificate. (student card just can not)
10. Invitation + id card + resident permit + copy of passport and visa as well as invitation from his germany mayor. (if there are relatives / friends in Germany)
11. Business invitation letter on letterhead of inviting company (if business visa)
12. Visa validity period in accordance with Travel Insurance validation period + confirmation hotel attached at visa application.
13. If a child is under 18 years of age, the form must be signed by both parents and attach a copy of both parent’s ID card and a copy of the child’s birth certificate.
