Passport valid for at least 6 months.
Long passport if any must be attached
Pas photo color white background size 3.5 x 4.5 = 2 sheets (newest), face looks 70%
Letter of sponsor must use English made above Letterhead.
Confirm the hotel
Travel insurance (coverage must be above USD 5000 or EURO 30.000)

Family card
Print out tickets
KTP
Last 3 months financial evidence (current or savings account)
If any family member participate, prove his family relationship (birth certificate / marriage certificate)
If any child must attach a birth certificate and a copy of the student card.
If the status of owner or director must attach SIUP

For business visa there must be an invitation from the company in Finland.
