Myanmar Visa Application Details for Indonesian Passport Holder

Visa Tourist Myanmar:

1. Passport valid for 6 months on departure + attach old passport
2. KIM’S / KITAS (for foreigners)
3. Letter of Sponsor from Company in English
4. Photos 3 x 4 = 3 colored & latest sheets
5. Print out Ticket
6. Copy of Family Card
7. Have Package Tour issued from Travel Agent in Yangon (if any)
8. Fill out the complete Visa Form and must be signed
9. Student attach copy of student card + copy of birth certificate
10. Confirm the hotel

Myanmar Business Visa:

1. Passport min. validity period of 6 months
2. KITAS / KIMS (For foreigners)
3. Photo 4 x 6 = 3 colored & latest sheets
4. Letter of invitation from Myanmar
5. Filling out the Visa Form
6. Sponsor Letter from the Company
7. Print out ticket
8. Copy of KK
