New Zealand Visa Application Details for Indonesian Passport Holder

The following are the New Zealand Visa Requirements:

1. Passport min. validity period of 6 months at the time of departure and old passport attach if his new passport is still empty
2. Sponsorship letter from the company of work in English that explains the position of the visa applicant
3. Letter of husband’s permission if the wife leave without accompanied by her husband and copy of identity card of husband
4. For children leaving without parent or one of the parents, must attach a parent’s permit which indicates the date of departure and date of return (must be signed father and mother on 6000 stamp) and copy of KTP parent
5. Letters of invitation from New Zealand if in businessCopy of SIUP if the owner or business visa
6. Copy personal account last 3 months if tourist with average balance Rp 50juta per person
7. Copy of company account last 3 months if business with average balance Rp 50juta per person
8. Copy of family card, marriage certificate if married and child’s birth certificate if bringing children
9. Student certificate
10. 4×6 cm (2 pieces) New colored photo of White background
11. Print Out ticket
12. The contents and signatures of the application form (including no Telephone home, office and HP) Tourist / Business Visa 1189 which can be downloaded at http://www.immigration.govt.nz/migrant/general/formsandfees/formsandguides/visit.htm

Other Application Notes:

• For a 6 month visa stay, must attach original Medical & Chect X-ray
• Passport amendment (“see page …”) is usually problematic at New Zealand International Airport
• For children under 18 years old, sign both parents on application form and attach letter of sponsor and KTP of both parents
• For children who participate in visa application, Statement letter of sponsor of parent of company must give participation of child participating in visa processing
