France Visa Application Details for Indonesian Passport Holder

Here are the requirements of the French Schengen Visa Application required:

1. Passport min. validity period of 6 months and Old Passport
2. Sponsor letter from work place in English must mention the name, position and who will be responsible during the trip and must mention salary per month.
3. Parent’s permit in English if going without husband (must be signed on Rp.6000 stamp) / Divorce certificate
4. Copy of SIUP if business
5. Copy of personal financial account last 3 months balance average min 50juta / person
6. Copy of office financial account for the last 3 months if business
7. Copy of Family Card, Copy of marriage certificate
8. Photos 3.5 cm x 4.5 cm (2 sheets) latest colored white background, not clothed in white (80% head size). Make sure the photo does not appear to have a tooth and ears
9. (For those who wear the face veil should look full and the ears should still be visible).
10. Print out return ticket
11. Travel insurance
12. Confirmation of the hotel during European / Attestation D ‘Original Aquillary (Legalized French Mayor’s Invitation) and proof of relationship
13. Invitations if business, and invitations must be faxed first from France to the French Embassy in Jakarta
14. Child School Certificate in English if it is a child and must state from what date till what date to Europe and specify what purpose to Europe
15. Child’s Birth Certificate if you bring a child
16. The contents and signature of the application form 2 x at no 37 and the signature column, and for the child’s form must be signed by both parents. (Please see Attachment)
17. Passport addresses Foreigners can not apply (except Passport address mutations first)
18. Original KITAS for foreigners
19. Guests must come biometric at TLS contact.

* For child Visa application, attach a sponsorship letter from both parents stating their child goes with them and attach a copy of their passport and visa and the form must be signed by both parents at no. 37 and bottom right.
