China Visa Application Details for Indonesian Passport Holder

• Valid Passport Validity of 6 Months (passport must be signed)
• Old Passport attached special passport output above 2014

(If withdrawn immigration, must attach a passport withdrawal letter from immigration)

• Latest Photos Colored background WHITE Size 3.3 x 4.8 cm (2 sheets)

(NOT allowed to be edited, wearing white, pink, gray or other colors that resemble a white background & eyeglasses zooming 60%, head size should not be too big, forehead and ear must be visible in the photo)

• Copy of KTP (Family Card) 1 sheet / person (e.g. 1 family of 4 people means 4 sheets of family card)
• Reservation Ticket 1 sheet / person (e.g. 1 family 4 people means 4 printed tickets)
• Hotel Reservation 1 sheet / person (e.g. 1 family of 4 people means 4 Hotel vouchers)
• Signature of Visa Form according to passport and ID card
• Travel Schedule
• Sponsor Letter from Working Place if BUSINESS Visa
• Letters Invitation from China if BUSINESS Visa and did not rule out being asked Duly Authorization Unit
