Denmark Visa Application Details for Indonesian Passport Holder

Original Documents:

1. Passport valid for at least 6 months.
2. Long passport if any must be attached
3. Pas photo color white background size 3.5 x 4.5 = 2 sheets (newest), face looks 70%
4. Letter of sponsor must use English made above Letterhead.
5. Confirm the hotel

Copy of Documents:

1. Family card
2. Print out tickets
3. ID card
4. Travel insurance (coverage must be above USD 50,000 or EURO 30,000)
5. Last 3 months financial evidence (current or savings account)
6. If any family member participate, prove his family relationship (birth certificate / marriage certificate)
7. If any child must attach a birth certificate and a copy of the student card.
8. If the status of owner or director must attach SIUP

For business visa there must be an invitation from a company in Denmark.
