Greece Visa Application Details for Indonesian Passport Holder

1. Passport minimum validity of 6 months on departure + attach old passport
2. Copy of ID card, family card and marriage certificate
3. Photo 3.5 cm x 4.5 cm (2 sheets) latest colored white background
4. Print Out round-trip tickets and completed visa time must show the original ticket
5. Letter of Sponsorship in English from company of work place.
6. The sponsor’s letter must be made / signed by another party not departing and in the sponsor’s letter should be listed: the applicant’s position, length of employment in the company, salary and date of return to work.
7. Copy of SIUP and deed of establishment of company
8. Financial Proof of the last 3 months personal (legal copy) and copy credit card
9. Travel Insurance / travel insurance as per print out.
10. Medical insurance for applications longer than 30 days
11. Fill Application Form

Note:

For Schengen Visa: Validity Period / Entry Permit granted per print out / ticket, Hotel Confirmation and Travel Insurance.
